At PIAN Ballet, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
1. Quality Issues & Defects
If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

2. Standard Returns & Size Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to sizing preferences or change of mind, requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Damaged items caused by improper use
- Requests submitted after the 14-day return period
- Final sale or custom-made items (if applicable)
